Kinetiq is run by the organization operating this service. This statement covers the console, the sponsor workspace, the pages fans reach by scanning a code, and these trust pages.
Our target
We aim for the service to meet the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 at level AA. This is a target, not a claim: the service has not yet been audited by an independent accessibility assessor.
What the service does today
- Every page has a title naming it and one main heading.
- The console starts with a link that skips past the navigation to the page's content.
- Every chart has a data table with the same figures for screen readers, and each chart is named by what it measures.
- Animations are reduced when your device asks for reduced motion.
- The console offers light and dark themes.
Known limitations
- The service has not yet been checked against WCAG 2.2 by an independent assessor, so barriers we have not found may remain.
- Pages run by others are outside this statement: your organization's single sign-on page and the billing portal follow their providers' own accessibility commitments.
- Exported CSV files are plain data; how they read depends on the program you open them in.
Feedback
If something in the service is hard to use with your assistive technology, tell us through the contact under Reporting a vulnerability on the Security page. Say which page you were on and what you were trying to do, so the barrier can be looked into.
